By verifying the data samples of Shanghai-Shenzhen listed companies from the year 2007 to 2014, the research found that: 1) due to the uncertainty of business environment, when implementing a differentiation strategy in a short term, the company will face serious problems on cost stickiness; 2) when the enterprise implements differentiation strategy for a long term, cost stickiness will significantly be reduced; 3) supportive policies have positive regulated effect on the relationship between differential strategy and cost stickiness. Specifically, when enterprises implement differentiation strategy in the short term, the influence the industrial policy has on the enterprise is greater and cost stickiness problem is more serious.
