中国共产党维护党中央权威的百年历程及经验启示

The Communist Party of China not only inherits and develops the Marxist thought of party authority ideologically, forming the theory of party authority with Chinese characteristics, but also constantly perfects the system of safeguarding the authority of the Party Central Committee in the system. The establishment and maintenance of the authority of each generation of the CPC Central Committee have embraced the historic turning point and change in the cause of the Party and the country. The century-old course shows that in order to safeguard the authority of the Party Central Committee, we must always adhere to the Marxist thought of party authority, tighten the institutional cage for safeguarding the authority of the Party Central Committee, and regard safeguarding the leading core of the Party as the key. 突发公共危机中地方政府新闻发布的积极公关实践研究——以2020年广东省疫情防控新闻发布会为例

Starting from the historical origins of public relations and press releases, this study uses the positive public relations continuum and Tai Chi model as the theoretical basis to analyze the content of 69 press conferences on epidemic prevention and control in Guangdong Province. This study suggests that:In the local government press conference to deal with public emergencies, the intention of press release tends to be more public-centered, the method of public release tends to be more dialogic, and accordingly, the release informational content tends to be more emotional. The release method of the dialogue is positively co-related to the emotional information carried in the release content. The speaker's willingness to share information may be a positive factor that affects the public's attention. 现金流不确定性对企业房地产持有的影响——资助效应还是预防效应？

The paper uses the data from Chinese listed companies of Shanghai and Shenzhen stock markets between 2005 and 2016 to examine the specific effect of the internal motivation-cash flow uncertainty on corporate real estate holdings. Our empirical results find that: First, generally, the precautionary effect of cash flow uncertainty on corporate real estate holdings plays a dominant role. That is, cash flow uncertainty can aggravate the degree of financing constraints, inhibiting corporate real estate investment. Second, the dominant position of the dual effect of cash flow uncertainty will change under different degrees of cash flow uncertainty. When faced with high cash flow uncertainty, the preventive effect of cash flow uncertainty on real estate investment will dominate, whereas when faced with low cash flow uncertainty, the precautionary effect of cash flow uncertainty may dominate. Third, high cash holdings and positive flow of cash flow of the previous year mitigate the precautionary effect of cash flow uncertainty. Fourth, the precautionary effect of cash flow uncertainty in first-tier cities is more obvious, whereas excess real estate returns and the reform of real right guarantee system will reduce the negative impact of cash flow uncertainty. This paper suggests that enterprises, especially advanced manufacturing enterprises, should not engage in real estate business with high leverage. Rather, they should reduce the debt burden and operational risk of non-main business, and concentrate their limited financial resources on corporate innovation. 管理层股权激励会降低公司慈善捐赠吗？

Based on the analysis of the core characteristics of listed company's equity incentives, this paper puts forward the hypothesis of management's balance in corporate charitable donations, and examines the impact of management's equity incentives on the company's different types of charitable donations through empirical methods. The results show that with the increase in the intensity of management's equity incentives, management's opportunistic charitable donations have dropped significantly, while the company's strategic charitable donations have not changed significantly. Further research found that in companies with more severe financing constraints, higher agency costs, higher risk of stock price collapse and higher information transparency, the negative effect of equity incentives on management's opportunistic charitable donations is more obvious. When the risk of stock price collapse is high, the management tends to increase the company's strategic charitable donations to stabilize the stock price. In fact, there is indeed a basic, universal, and relatively independent framework of action that is constrained and supportive for solving an open problem in urban community deliberative democracy. This action framework, as an “action-oriented” conceptual design and action manifestation that superimposes normative and empirical nature, requires a dual construction of governance capability and legitimacy in specific practice. On the basis of clarifying the basic elements of the urban community consultation democratic action framework, the basic relationship arising from the dual construction of governance capacity and legitimacy and its inherent legitimacy and basic logic of action are the prerequisites and conditions for its practicability.
