中国的濒危语言保存和保护*

Then, it spread to the linguistic and cultural academia circles and brought the attention of the governments and the public into its implementation and protection. The development of Chinese endangered languages preservation and protection can be divided into three phases. The first phrase, from 1992 to 2003, is of enlightenment and exploration of endangered language studies. The second one, from 2004 to 2014, is of prosperity and diversion. The third one, from 2015 to the present, is “China’s era of language protection project” (“Yubao” Era), led and organized by the national government. In the Era of “Post-Yubao”, we should acknowledge the status of language endangerment, and shift our attention to the protection of endangered languages, such as documenting and preserving endangered language data based on the traditional knowledge-communication model. Research findings show that: minority films, on one side, have sought their own national cultural identity by displaying cultural symbols of ethnic minorities, such as landscape, language and ceremony. On the other side, minority films construct the identification of the national community through the metaphor and collective memory that are hidden in the core value of ethnic minorities. 新任务与旧传统:扫盲运动中的图像修辞策略

Although the types of these paintings were different (traditional Chinese painting, oil painting, New Year painting, poster, etc.), they have adopted the shared schema: a daughter taught her mother to read. This article will make an iconographic study of the common elements in these paintings, including “the rural woman”, “the book”, “the girl with the red scarf” and “the baby in arms”. This historical fact provides some clues for reviewing the compilation of Wen Tianxiang’s works. The edition of Daoti Tang is the first edition of Wen’s works which was inscribed by his brother Wen Bi. It was Wen Bi who took Zhinan Hou Lu, Ji Du Shi and Jinian Lu, written in prison by Wen Tianxiang, from Yuan Dadu to his hometown and inscribed them. The nine editions of this book collected in China are the block-printed editions or the handwritten copies in Ming or Qing Dynasty but the edition collected in Seikado Bunko as the earliest edition in the world is a Yuan Dynasty block-printed edition which was collected by some famous bibliophiles such as Wang Wenyuan, Jin Tan, Wang Wenchen and his son Wang Shizhong, Yu Songnian, Lu Xinyuan. The Yuan Dynasty block-printed edition of Songxiang Ji provides some important research materials for studying the cultural activities of Ren Shilin and other literati, the complicated mentality of the scholars to the South Song Dynasty who lived in the South of Yangtze River and the spread of Taoism in the same area in the middle of Yuan Dynasty. Therefore, it has high value of collating different editions of Songxiang Xiansheng Wenji simultaneously. 我国恐怖主义犯罪刑事立法政策的反思与展望

This study recruited users of social Q&A communities as respondents and collected data through the Internet. Research findings show that: 1) knowledge sharing self-efficacy, enjoyment in helping others, satisfaction, and familiarity are the antecedents of users’ continuance intentions; 2) community engagement and community dependence serve as the mediating variables in deciding users’ continuance intentions. 原创性创新对珠三角经济增长方式转变影响的实证分析

Based on the domestic and international review and basic assumptions, this paper introduces the differences of input generation efficiency based on the cost difference between the original innovation and the simulation innovation in the technology and market drive, and establishes a theoretical modal where the original innovation drives the economic endogenous growth. The econometric methods of economic growth in the Pearl River Delta region are analyzed. The theoretical and empirical results show that: 1) The endogenous growth of a regional economy depends not only on factors such as knowledge spillovers and technological advances, but also on the efficiency of innovation input and output; 2) When the technological differences between underdeveloped regions and developed regions are reduced to a certain extent, it is crucial to adopt what kind of innovation model to improve innovation efficiency and avoid falling into the trap of economic “non-convergence” growth; 3) Imitation innovation has a significant impact on the transformation of economic growth mode in the Pearl River Delta region. Capital investment has a positive impact on the optimization of industrial structure, but capital investment and labor input have negative impact on the international competitiveness of the industry, indicating that the endogenous driving force of economic growth is mainly imitative innovation or factor-driven rather than original innovation in the Pearl River Delta region.
