制度环境、外包能力与绩效提升

The development of macro industrial environment can not only help improve the performance of enterprises, but also produce an indirect effect through promoting the ability of outsourcing enterprises. 基于基因结构的企业成长影响因素研究:从“零和竞争”到“正和竞争”

The normative measurement test, based on the large-scale micro-enterprise database and to overcome the shortcomings of the existing studies, has overcome the shortcomings of theoretical models and the prior theoretical analysis. The development guidance of the enterprise has the practical application of direct enterprise and industrial genes. The empirical research policy implications are-employee value creation ability, entrepreneurial leadership ability, corporate culture and effective income distribution mechanism are the key factors determining the growth of general enterprises, especially the employee value creation ability becoming the most fundamental factor. At the same time, when combined with the characteristics of different enterprises, continuous coordination and optimization of enterprise resources will greatly benefit the growth of the enterprise. Therefore, it is necessary to recognize the main position of indirect intention. The subjective standard of defamation in the cyber environment appears to be properly expanded. This is closely linked to the value orientation of the rights of reputation in urgent need of protection. This paper takes the early Yang Zirong images between the 1950s and 1970s as research object, explores the image interpretation and visual recreation of Yang Zirong under a trans-cultural and cross-media perspective. The establishment of the paradigm of Yang Zirong image guarantees and consolidates the mass base of image acceptance, which is due to the implicit retention, transformation and reinforcement of heroic traditional cultures. Gradually, the output of the paradigm of Yang Zirong image provides the possibility to diffuse, integrate and recreate relevant visual cultures, both domestically and overseas. The form of these documents retained the contractualization of the marriage certificate writing that had formed before the Emperor Xianfeng reign. The core idea of “shangli” (a Chinese tradition of highly regarding courtesy) remained unchanged. The format and structure were still based on the layout of “the non-governmental general encyclopedia” (the leishu a genre of reference books historically compiled). Meanwhile, the writing of marriage certificate had been forming a new layout which focused on the pinlidan, gradually reached simplification and clarification. Yan Tu Ri Ji (A Trip Diary), held by Kyoto University in Japan, has no author. The first volume of this diary has such records that the author said natives from Hubei and Hunan provinces were his fellow-villagers and he clashed with the then Shangan Governor, Sheng Yun. According to The Historical Archives of Guangxu Emperor and other relevant historical materials, we can determine that this diary was authored by Wu Luzhen and his companion Zhou Weizhen.
