新中国刑事诉讼制度的诞生和发展——写于中华人民共和国成立70周年暨《刑事诉讼法》颁布40周年之际

The socialist criminal procedure rule of law with Chinese characteristics has achieved extraordinary achievements. After the promulgation of the Criminal Procedure Law in 1979, it was revised three times in 1996, 2012, and 2018. Based on the purpose of criminal procedure, the value of criminal procedure, the structure of criminal procedure and the culture of criminal procedure, two groups of relationship are considered equally important, which are criminal punishment and human rights protection, procedural justice and substantive justice. The sustainable development of ecotourism is faced with severe challenge. From the perspective of a total relationship flow management, this paper explores recreation impacts in ecotourism and clarifies the determinants in ecotourism system behaviour. Based on the total relationship flow management theory, the paper analyzes the structure and hierarchy within the ecotourism system, and further proposes a management framework for recreation impacts in ecotourism areas. The results reveal a series of inherent relationships and their laws among various ecotourism system behaviors, functions and its total relationship flow, and remedy the methodological deficiencies in reductionism and holism research. In the paper, Danxia Mountain is adopted as a case study to explore the applicability of recreation impacts management framework in practices. In the family reproduction mode, the family development awareness, family development goals, and family development ability of the local accompanying mothers group are analyzed, and then the characteristics of the local labor market of accompanying workers are formed, and the family rational modernization development mode of the accompanying workers is revealed. Taking the family-market relationship as the analytical framework, this paper analyzes the internal logic of market adaptation to the family from the perspectives of family education goals and the labor market, industrial market level and production management, family-based value and rural industrial development, and explains the development of local processing industry. Zheng’s thoughts have been regarded as the origin by classicists during the period from the third century to the ninth century. Research paradigm shifted in the Song Dynasty. It is their first time to go into American Northwest, and it has been called as an American “Odyssey”. Original Journals of The Lewis and Clark Expedition (1804-1806) is the outcome of this official expedition initiated by the American government. The authors produce western mirror images of America under the perspective of expansionism. By transferring the military expedition into the heroic epic, re-coding the landscapes of the West, and intervening into the struggle for hegemony between empires by the vision of “American Trade Empire”, the West has been incorporated into the discourse of White Supremacism, and then combined with the “imagined community” of the American nation. Finally, the authors come up with an expansion discourse of American Western Literature in the 19th century.
