当代欧美“政治素人”的兴起根源与影响限度

Before coming to power, “political outsiders” are inexperienced in political affairs, they are usually neither party leaders nor members of parliament. Two underlying factors, which include crisis of democratic governance and election campaign based on emotions and “us-them” narratives, contribute to the rise of “political outsiders” nowadays. The rise of “political outsiders”, to some degree, can enhance the representation and responsiveness of democracy in America and Europe. However, winning the election is different with governing the society. 生产、演进与传播:算法新闻学的知识图景

Using bibliometric method, this paper makes co-occurrence analysis and cluster analysis on 125 literatures about western algorithmic journalism from 2009 to 2020. In terms of knowledge production, led by American scholars and Journalism & communication scholars, two cooperative author groups have been formed: one with close internal relations, science and engineering as the background, American scholars as the main body, the other with loose internal relations, humanities as the background and European scholars as the main body. In terms of knowledge evolution, western algorithmic journalism can be divided into three stages: initial formation stage, comprehensive promotion stage and refined development stage. In terms of knowledge dissemination, highly cited journals with the combination of the old and new and interdisciplinary have become an important carrier. 青年购房压力对生育焦虑的影响路径研究——以重庆市为例

Existing studies often focus on exploring whether there is a link between housing and fertility, while the influence mechanism has received little attention. This study introduces social fairness perception and subjective well-being as mediating variables, and then uses the data obtained from a questionnaire survey of 323 young people in Chongqing City to construct a structural equation model to test the influence path of house purchasing pressure on fertility anxiety. The results show that in addition to direct effects on fertility anxiety, house purchasing pressure can also indirectly affect fertility anxiety through the two paths of “house purchasing pressure→subjective well-being→fertility anxiety” and “house purchasing pressure→social fairness perception→subjective well-being→fertility anxiety”. Finally, this study gives some policy suggestions on how to reduce the youth's house purchasing pressure and fertility anxiety, and how to improve their social fairness perception and subjective well-being. By changing the data type of independent variables and using propensity score matching method to control endogenous and self-selection errors, the research conclusion is still valid. The quantile regression shows that the two dimensions of “reverse feeding” have a “linear downward” trend on the mental health of the elderly. The heterogeneity test shows that, providing economical support for children has a more obvious effect on the mental health of elderly men, living in cities and towns, living alone and the elderly aged 60-79. While providing intergenerational care for grandchildren has a more positive impact on the mental health of elderly women, living in cities and towns, living with their children and the elderly aged 60-79. Besides, “positive social communication” has an obvious intermediary effect between “reverse feeding” and the mental health of the elderly. 由“文化思想”到“工具分析”:一个本土企业家战略思维理论框架

The certainty of criminal regulation determines that legal dogmatics should be the base for studying criminal regulation of gangland and evil force crimes in cyberspace. In the context of the typological thinking of legal dogmatics, cyber gangs are distinguished from cyber evil forces only in terms of illegal control. In light of the differences between cyber-dependent gangland crimes and traditional gangland crimes in the organizational form, behaviors, means and other aspects, corresponding adjustments have been made in the judicial interpretation in a timely manner. However, such a symbolic legislation has not been strictly enforced to play its role. In addition, the rigid legal interpretation of judicial authorities results in a chaos when actually dealing with the cyber-dependent gangland crimes. Based on legal dogmatics, the theory of criminal law should be used to re-examine the key words of the articles of criminal law concerning the cyber-dependent gangland crimes by the objective interpretation theory of norms, and it is appropriate to adopt a substantial judgment on the determination of the organizational characteristics of the cyber-dependent gangland crimes. In terms of identifying the characteristics of illegal control in the cyber-dependent gangland crimes, the criteria should be based on whether such an organization has control over the network order. In view of the reality that most cyber-dependent gangland crimes are committed by harassment as a type of soft violence, it is necessary to identify the soft violence after systematic thinking and make a comprehensive judgment based on its subjective characteristics, objective characteristics and psychological compulsion characteristics. The establishment of China Trust Registration Company in the later 2016 and the issuance of Trust Registration Administration provisions and its detailed rule display centralized efforts to institutionalize trust product registration and a platform for the flotation of trust beneficial rights. However, trust product registration may be an unnecessary and nonsufficient condition for trust property registration. The lack of certainty and uniqueness of trust property and the lack of legal personification of trust, the lack of correspondence between trust product and trust property will constitute difficulties in the building of a registration system. The trust property registration could also be achieved in a moderately scattered approach through various ways for the sake of transaction safety. It is better to utilize the traditional property registration system to add trust information. Escrowing the property with a third party could be viewed as de facto trust property registration. 管网独立——我国天然气管网领域市场化改革的法律机制探究

In light of the experience gained in the reform on operational mechanism of natural gas pipeline network in the European Union, separation of natural gas undertakings is the first step to achieve the independent operation of pipeline network, in which the split of ownership is the most thorough approach. Accordingly, it is feasible for China to spin-off conduit assets of the integrated operating enterprises and set up a national pipeline corporation to provide uniform pipeline facility service. As for detailed rules of the national pipeline corporation, mixed ownership should be established first. On that basis, the corporation should reserve golden shares to provide veto power for the state in certain affairs. Meanwhile, to lawfully and orderly promote the fair opening of pipeline facilities, it is necessary to set the market access conditions of pipeline facilities scientifically, optimize the market access system of natural gas pipelines networks as well as focus on the sustained information disclosure and improve the regime of information disclosure on pipeline network of natural gas.
