- 后殖民认知偏见与港人国家认同建构

- 如何促进共同富裕:基于农村家庭老人照料承载力的对比研究

The study found that: (1) Overall, family elderly care is still a family burden, which will increase the input of farmers' care resources, thereby limiting the increase of farmers' income, and this inhibition effect is more obvious for low-income farmers. However, on the basis of the breadth of care, the intensity of care was examined, and it was found that in the income group of high and low farmers, the family elderly care activities have shown the opposite economic effect. For low-income farmers, care intensity remains a burden. For high-income farmers, care intensity has a welfare effect. It means that there is still a risk of widening the income gap between farmers. (2) The difference between old-age security and offspring support leads to inconsistencies in the cost of elderly care, resulting in “differentiation” in the way of livelihood of farmers, changing the original distribution pattern, thus providing an effective way to explain the economic differences between low-income farmers and high-income farmers in family elderly care. (3) Social care services can play a role in alleviating the burden of family elderly care, but for low-income farmers, this kind of care service has a threshold, resulting in a crisis of income gap between farmers that continues to grow. Based on the 2003-2019 panel data of the producer service industry and manufacturing industry in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA), this paper uses the EG index and DCL index to measure and compare the characteristics of the coagglomeration of two industries. Furthermore, it uses the spatial Dubin model to empirically analyze the spillover effect of industrial coagglomeration on innovation in neighboring regions. It has found that: (1) There already exists a spatial pattern of industrial coagglomeration in GBA, but the degree of EG index is still relatively low. (2) The degree of industrial coagglomeration in the Pearl River Delta is higher than that in GBA, and the DCL index of technology service industry and the manufacturing industry ranks the highest. (3) At the metropolitan scale, the EG index of Guangzhou Metropolitan and Shenzhen Metropolitan is at the leading level; (4) The degree of coagglomeration between the producer service industries in Hong Kong and Macao and the manufacturing industry of the Pearl River Delta is lower than that of the Pearl River Delta. Due to the inefficient and inconvenient flow of production factors, the fact has been revealed that the industrial economic relevance between the Hong Kong and Macao's service industry and the Pearl River Delta's manufacturing industry is not as good as the economic relevance among the Pearl River Delta; (5) At GBA scale, the industrial coagglomeration factor and the regional innovation factor show an insignificant spatial autocorrelation, while at the Pearl River Delta scale, both factors have a significantly positive coefficient. - 基于空间联系的粤港澳大湾区城际关系分析

Therefore, in order to measure its development balance and coordination, this paper, using urban flow model and Euclidean distance method, analyzes the spatial economic connection and regional relationship of this region from the industry collaboration and factor flow dimensions. The results show that GBA has weak industry collaboration and its spatial economic connection is not close enough. There still exist great differences in urban flow intensity among cities with their unbalanced development. In addition, the efficiency of economic factors' flow and matching is not high in GBA and there is a strongly competitive regional relationship between cities, showing the uncoordinated development of GBA to some extent. From the perspective of passenger behavior selection, this paper uses the fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis of multivariate interaction to explore the complex paths that affect the factors of the airport cooperation between Zhuhai and Macao. The study found that convenience is a necessary condition to promote the cooperation between Zhuhai and Macao airports; it has an integrated effect with the four factors: comfort, low cost, scientificity and additional functions. There are seven intermediates that promote the diversified cooperation between Zhuhai and Macao airports. Among all the combination paths, “convenience” enjoys greatest frequency, followed by “low cost”. Therefore, in order to make better use of the integrated effect of the conditional variables, the governments of Zhuhai and Macao should implement the positioning and division of labor requirements given by the Outline of the Development Plan for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, so as to achieve complementary advantages and win-win results. “Hard connectivity” of infrastructure and “soft connectivity” of customs clearance facilitation will improve the efficiency of factor circulation, promote the complementary advantages of tourism resources, build a tourism economic circle between Zhuhai and Macao, and provide driving force for the cooperation between the airports. In the appeal of breach, defendant appeals to seek other interests beyond the effective agreement between prosecutor and him. In the appeal of remedy, defendant appeals to seek remedy for his rights infringed in entity or procedural errors by the lower court's decision. Appeal of remedy is necessary and justified in guilty plea cases, while appeal of breach may be opportunistic and harmful to achieving the purpose of guilty plea rules. There are two models of restrictions on appeal of breach which are “validity keeping” model and “leniency withdrawing” model. The model of validity keeping is not feasible under the criminal procedure law of China. Procuratorates in different regions of China have spontaneously explored the model of leniency withdrawing in practice. Procurator could lodge a protest and apply the court to withdraw lenient benefits gained by defendant in his guilty plea. The intellectual property model city policy as a tool for intellectual property governance is an innovative practice of the intellectual property system in the urban geographic space. Based on 280 urban panel data from 2003-2016, the paper used the DID method to test the effect of intellectual property model city policies on the improvement of industrial chain resilience, and explored its mechanism with the mediation effect model. The results indicate that the establishment of intellectual property model cities can significantly improve the level of urban industry diversification and innovation ability, and thus enhance the resilience of urban industrial chain. Knowledge diversification and government science and technology support are effective channels for the policy to improve the resilience of the industrial chain, but the effect has not reached its ideal state. Further analysis finds that there are regional and urban scale heterogeneity in the improvement effect of the implementation of the policy on the resilience of the industrial chain, among which the policy effect in the eastern and southern regions is more significant, and the policy effect in cities with medium population and above, as well as more economically developed regions, is more significant. - 企业集聚、学习效应与城市创新——同行切磋,还是跨界融合?

This paper attempts to explain the impact of micro level enterprise agglomeration on the macro level urban innovation gap from the perspective of learning effect. This paper constructs a large-scale data sample of about two million observations of China's urban manufacturing industry in the time-city-industry dimension. The empirical study shows that the enterprise agglomeration can significantly promote the innovation ability of local cities. The results of mechanism test show that “peer consultation” learning in the same industry and “cross-border integration” learning among different industries are the micro mechanisms of enterprise agglomeration affecting urban innovation. Furthermore, from the perspective of city size, as large cities tend to be diversified and clustered, their innovation process benefits more from “cross-border integration” among enterprises, while small and medium-sized cities tend to be specialized and clustered, so their innovation process benefits more from “peer consultation” among enterprises.
