It is not because these questions are less important, but due to the fact that there are few relevant materials to refer to. Based on some in-depth researches of the existed information with analysis and reasoning, this paper argues that Confucius starts a school at the age of 37 when he comes back from the State Qi to Lu, and the place of the school is located in Queli. The school he runs is a university with a certain amount of size. Confucius has thousands of disciples, among whom 72 sages are the distinguished talents in Confucius’ 36-year school running. The school management, enrollment allocations, daily affairs, fundings are in the hands of Confucius, but Zhilu and Ranyou also participate in the management. ZhiLu is the director of school affairs and RanYou is the treasurer of the school.
