Meanwhile, a lack of explicitness of managing subjects and defects of the managing procedures exist in the legal action of environmental compensation. And all of them can handicap the public interests of environmental lawsuits. Under the circumstances, we should take methods of adopting trust model to manage environmental compensation, for instance, environmental protection organs as settlor, random people as beneficiaries, specialized institutions as trustees and forming environmental compensation trust for the purposes of environmental protection.
