The research object is provincial government microblogs in China. Using social network analysis approaches, this paper focuses on the relationship network of the provincial government microblogs and analyses the overall attribute, substructure attribute and individual attribute of it in the whole government microblogs relationship network. Based on these results, the paper draws the conclusion with the overall characteristics, classification, and the influence of provincial government microblogs in China.
