The paper uses the principal factor analysis to confirm the key factors of information sharing in emergency collaboration. It has found that the key influence factors included the support within the organization, the collaboration among organizations, legal protection and supervision & incentive, and the influence of the external environment, but information technology is no longer the key influence factor.
