The conclusions are as follows: service delivery and relational ability, technical skills, project management ability, and the ability of human resource management have significant positive effects on outsourcing performance; among them, technical ability showed a prominent position in the influencing path system. The development of macro industrial environment can not only help improve the performance of enterprises, but also produce an indirect effect through promoting the ability of outsourcing enterprises.
