The litigation explosion in China is not only an inevitable consequence of economic development, but also a result of legal support, civic awareness and the promotion from the government. In order to alleviate the pressure of handling cases brought by lawsuits, China's court system has adopted a series of reform measures to deal with it, including system reform of the specified number of judicial personnel, system reform of judicial responsibility, reform of litigation procedure, and the application of science and technology.
