It is not appropriate to strictly restrict the statutory termination conditions of the license contract of personality right for the purpose of encouraging transactions and maintaining the validity of contracts. Personality right holders should enjoy the right of arbitrary termination of the license contract of personality right according to law. The statutory rescission rule of the license contract of personality right is not only a special rule for the protection of personality right, but also a general rule applicable to the majority of personality rights and interests.
