Taking the clothing industry in the Town M of Anhui Province as an example, the paper explains the family development awareness behind the phenomenon of accompanying mothers and labors’ approach to entering the market. In the family reproduction mode, the family development awareness, family development goals, and family development ability of the local accompanying mothers group are analyzed, and then the characteristics of the local labor market of accompanying workers are formed, and the family rational modernization development mode of the accompanying workers is revealed. Taking the family-market relationship as the analytical framework, this paper analyzes the internal logic of market adaptation to the family from the perspectives of family education goals and the labor market, industrial market level and production management, family-based value and rural industrial development, and explains the development of local processing industry.
