Comparing TE and PTE, there is a rule of “cultured type＞food type＞fruit and vegetable type”; and comparing SE, there is a “food type＞fruit type＞cultured type”. The regression analysis of factors affecting efficiency using the truncated Bootstrap model shows that “total fixed assets”, “human capital”, and “degree of improvement of agricultural social services” have a significant positive impact on the three types of family farms.
