Through the comparison between the two techniques, the author affirmed the significance of the “King's Fishing” to protect the country and the people. “The fishing of the King” is actually a reflection of a “Dao”, but this “Dao” is not just a “Dao” of Taoism, but a “Dao” in the broad sense of governing the country.
