Based on this, this paper analyses the spirit of craftsmen, studies the existing form of traditional craftsmen and craftsmen spirit, the carrier and evolution of craftsmen' spirit under the background of modern professional division of labor and management specialization, and the correlation between the spirit of the times and the spirit of craftsmen under the guidance of high-quality development.
