Its core contents mainly include the electronization of case files, the disclosure of case information using the Internet as a carrier, case management and management platforms relying on modern technology, and the trial assistance system based on big data and artificial intelligence. Although court informatization has brought convenience to court trials and individual citizens’ participation in litigation, it has also affected citizens’ criminal procedure rights, such as bring the risk of presumption of guilt, jeopardizing equality in prosecution and defense, and increasing difficulty in protecting personal information.
