It also suggests that in the era of data, we must take data property rights seriously and continuously improve the processing capacity of judicial on big data. Meanwhile, it’s necessary for us to instruct data producers to “energize” all the data owners morally in the process of forming data block chain. Only by means of building the data ecosphere which guarantees every data owners’ subsistence right of data, we can ensure that legal fact affirmation system in the traditional sense of justice can continue to exist reasonably and effectively, especially the systems of the evidence testifying power and the evidence standard and so on.
