When we examine the changes of the Inspection Committee from an organizational perspective, we will find more complex aspects. This article attempts to use the political structure of the Party as a framework, adopts the research method of text analysis, conducts an in-depth text analysis of the previous work reports of the Central Inspection Committee, and discusses the dual organizational characteristics and internal mechanism of the Inspection Committee, China's core anti-corruption agency. On the one hand, it presents its authority and politics as a party institution, and on the other hand, it reflects its professionalism and standardization as a bureaucratic institution.
