The results show that international talent inflow can significantly improve the innovation ability of Chinese enterprises. According to the types of innovation, the promotion effect of international talent inflow on product innovation is greater than that of process innovation. In terms of influence mechanism, international talent inflow promotes enterprise innovation by promoting the improvement of human capital invested in R&D; the greater the technological distance, the promotion effect of international talent inflow on enterprise innovation will be weakened.
