As a key group, activists play an important role in catalytic cooperation, partial cost, demonstration and mobilization, decision making and rule production. The selective incentive mechanism of the stranger society has entered a clear dilemma: unstable self-motivation, limited social incentives, and obvious counter-incentives effects. This makes it difficult for activists to obtain stable and sustainable incentives and easily exit.
