It is different from for-profit legal persons and non-profit legal persons. Collective economic organizations do not enjoy collective property ownership, but they can dispose of collective property in their own name, and the legal consequences arising therefrom shall be borne by the collective. The resolution mechanism of collective economic organizations must not only guarantee the democratic management rights of members, but also meet the needs of business activities. Collective economic organizations have a community nature and can only allocate collective asset shares to the community and its members. External capital cannot obtain collective asset shares based on investment relationships.
