Rather, it should establish reasonable boundaries for social credit punishments, and reduce and prevent arbitrariness, excessiveness, and abuse therein. Among the principles of regulating the social credit punishment system, the ban of improper coupling may play a more direct and targeted role in achieving the circumscribing goal. However, the content and implications of this principle should be enriched and amplified by deep diving into, and finding the various problems and the current complicated models of setting up “uncreditworthy” and coupling punishments with uncreditworthy.
