The flow of data as a medium enters the social structure from a single technical practice. By adjusting the perception ecology, symbolic ecology and social ecology of the elderly, it shapes the values and identity of the elderly, and changes the organizational relationship of the entire society without notice. It controls the daily life of the elderly through the mechanism of understanding-creating trust-generating motivation-removing behavior threshold-setting group norms. Interventions on the Internet behavior of the Chinese urban elderly mainly focus on adjusting the social pension model, the daily lifestyle of the elderly and the media use methods. The complex interaction between the aging people and media in the form of digitization shows the enduring game between humans and media.
