Guided by Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law, the implementation system of inner-Party laws actively responds to the new requirements of the construction of community of human health and normalization and precise prevention and control of epidemic situation. It is the focus of the implementation of the Party's laws and regulations to clarify the new mission and new task of improving the effectiveness of the implementation of the internal laws and regulations. The improvement of the implementation efficiency of laws and regulations within the Party is based on the organic unity of the fundamental political guarantee of the Party's leadership and the legal guarantee of normalized and accurate epidemic prevention and control. On the basis of the Party's overall command of epidemic prevention and coordination of law enforcement forces, on the support of strengthening the supervision and inspection of epidemic prevention and control, and on the path of Party law coordination, starting from the improvement of coordination efficiency, reinforcement efficiency and supervision efficiency, we can form overall resultant force of the construction of inner-Party laws and regulations implementation system.
