The Communist Party of China not only inherits and develops the Marxist thought of party authority ideologically, forming the theory of party authority with Chinese characteristics, but also constantly perfects the system of safeguarding the authority of the Party Central Committee in the system. The establishment and maintenance of the authority of each generation of the CPC Central Committee have embraced the historic turning point and change in the cause of the Party and the country. The century-old course shows that in order to safeguard the authority of the Party Central Committee, we must always adhere to the Marxist thought of party authority, tighten the institutional cage for safeguarding the authority of the Party Central Committee, and regard safeguarding the leading core of the Party as the key.
