Based on the 2003-2019 panel data of the producer service industry and manufacturing industry in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA), this paper uses the EG index and DCL index to measure and compare the characteristics of the coagglomeration of two industries. Furthermore, it uses the spatial Dubin model to empirically analyze the spillover effect of industrial coagglomeration on innovation in neighboring regions. It has found that: (1) There already exists a spatial pattern of industrial coagglomeration in GBA, but the degree of EG index is still relatively low. (2) The degree of industrial coagglomeration in the Pearl River Delta is higher than that in GBA, and the DCL index of technology service industry and the manufacturing industry ranks the highest. (3) At the metropolitan scale, the EG index of Guangzhou Metropolitan and Shenzhen Metropolitan is at the leading level; (4) The degree of coagglomeration between the producer service industries in Hong Kong and Macao and the manufacturing industry of the Pearl River Delta is lower than that of the Pearl River Delta. Due to the inefficient and inconvenient flow of production factors, the fact has been revealed that the industrial economic relevance between the Hong Kong and Macao's service industry and the Pearl River Delta's manufacturing industry is not as good as the economic relevance among the Pearl River Delta; (5) At GBA scale, the industrial coagglomeration factor and the regional innovation factor show an insignificant spatial autocorrelation, while at the Pearl River Delta scale, both factors have a significantly positive coefficient.
