However, in wartime, due to the influence of the war and natural disasters, coupled with the limitations of natural and geographical conditions and the lack of human and material resources, the effect of grain increase policy was not obvious. The research shows that the grain panic in Guangdong Province during the war was the result of the long-term abnormal development of social and economic structure, which was difficult to eliminate in a short time. Generally speaking, the wartime grain production increase movement of Nanjing National Government during the Anti-Japanese War had great inter-provincial differences, which needed to be analyzed in detail.
