The results show that smart services can improve green total factor productivity significantly, and are endogenous driving force to promote the green transformation of enterprises. From the perspective of path mechanism, smart services can promote the green transformation from the source through the substitution of technology and labor for capital. Through the analysis of regional heterogeneity, it is found that the new infrastructure plays an important role in the green transformation effect of smart service, affected by the scale effect and network effect of data. The above conclusions indicate that the policy of green transformation of manufacturing should focus on the development of smart services. The market-oriented allocation of factors and supporting mechanisms should be improved. The reasonable layout of new infrastructure can give full play to its spillover.
