However, systematic research on how to effectively stimulate veterans' willingness and motivation for social participation is still lacking. The willingness of veterans to engage in social governance is primarily guided by multiple mechanisms of identity recognition, value recognition, and emotional recognition, while their motivation is influenced by both subjective and objective factors.
